What is worth sending

• A run that did not reproduce: you followed an entry and got a different result. Include the pan and size, the burner type and power, the surface temperature you measured, the oil, and what you saw. These messages are the most useful ones we get, and the finding usually goes back into the original record.
• Corrections: a wrong number, unit or step.
• Privacy and data: questions about cookies or advertising identifiers, or exercising GDPR / CCPA rights (access, deletion, objection). Put PRIVACY in the subject line.
• Reuse and licensing: republishing a full article, translating it, or using the figures in teaching material — tell us the intended use first.

What we cannot help with

Pan repairs and quotes, purchases, brand warranty claims, paid placements and link exchanges. For warranty issues on a specific product, contact the seller.
